Who are we ?

Mickael Maindron founded the firm in 2015. As former COOs, CIOs, and CTOs, we ourselves have used consulting services, with their undeniable benefits… and their limitations, their sometimes painful drawbacks… So, we wanted to create a resolutely different, highly pragmatic consulting offering, free from the all-too-frequent pitfalls of the profession.
And it’s popular.

AKVIZE is a contraction of “Hack Advise.” Doing consulting differently. Radically. With the idea of ​​offering a new IT consulting service; strategic, technological, and pragmatic, particularly suited to SMEs, investment funds, and entrepreneurs. It was a success, and the firm quickly grew based on this promise.

With 25 years of experience, Mickaël has developed strong skills in IT architecture and the deployment of critical projects and disruptive solutions, as a developer, architect, and then CIO/CTO. He founded AKVIZE in 2016 with the aim of effectively supporting entrepreneurs and investment funds in their digital transformation.

Olivier Ricart

Partner

Olivier has built his expertise as an IT manager through his 20 years of experience at Thales, Cap Gemini, the retail software publisher SymphonyAI, and as CIO of an ETI. He then completed his expertise as an executive manager in C-level positions within private equity fund investments, focusing on digital transformation and marketing.

Eric Ceyral

Associate Director

Over 25 years of experience, Eric has built a solid understanding of the challenges faced by the various stakeholders in the P&C insurance industry (clients, brokers, wholesalers, insurers, etc.). Passionate about new technologies, he has had the opportunity to develop (and even code…) and deploy digital solutions for these various stakeholders as an insurance broker and with software publishers.

Richard Haupais

With 30 years of experience, Richard has collaborated with publishers, integrators, and consulting firms working with major accounts, mid-sized companies, and startups. Passionate about new technologies, new processes, and new uses, Richard now understands the key success factors for a digital transformation and knows the best practices and the right people to engage, depending on the challenges and maturity of his clients.
