Supporting Private Equity players, whether in Vendor Due Diligence, Buyer Due Diligence to evaluate a target's IT assets or post-acquisition to accelerate transformation, is the historical core of our activity and it still remains the largest part of our missions. What makes us successful in this sector is our ability, acquired through experience, to very quickly identify the strengths and weaknesses of a technology and its organization, but also our ability to very clearly commit to the diagnoses and the paths to follow to achieve the strategic objectives of the investment. We regularly support around fifteen Private Equity firms, with around forty operations carried out in 2022.
In the insurance industry, and specifically in brokerage, the digitalization of customer/partner relationships has been a major challenge in recent years and often still is. These customers/partners are often multiple (other brokers, B2B clients, individuals, beneficiaries, distributors, etc.), which reinforces the need for an open and agile information system.
