A career at Akvize offers several possible paths: tech consultant, architect, software engineer, product owner, etc.
But above all, it means joining a small, passionate team. Passionate about tech and business. Tech for business. Who love to feel the impact and value they bring to their clients. With us, in consulting, there are few long assignments. By supporting investment funds on their acquisitions and entrepreneurs, you’ll be faced with relatively short, varied, and demanding assignments. But it’s this wealth of tech and business cases encountered, combined with the extensive expertise of our partners, that allows our teams to learn and progress very quickly.
Even if our state of mind is precisely the sharing of know-how and even if we facilitate collaborative and multi-disciplinary work on our missions, we actually have 3 types of professions:
Our tech consultants are tech experts, each with their own specialization in cybersecurity, architecture, etc. They are the ones who carry out consulting missions for our clients: technological due diligence (analysis of the IS in the pre-deal phase to qualify its capacity to support the buyer’s project), development of IS master plans, development of cybersecurity strategy, code audit, etc.
Our Product Owner/Project Manager profiles all have a tech background because it’s in our DNA. But their expertise lies in their ability to understand our clients’ business needs, design products or solutions that meet those needs, and deliver them. They design the products and/or implement the solutions, using appropriate methods, such as design thinking or ad hoc methodologies.
Our software engineers are application development professionals. Experienced developers who adhere to Craft (Continuous Delivery, Testing, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture) and DevOps best practices. They design and develop products for our clients, whether as part of a proof-of-concept on an innovative topic or an application critical to our clients’ business or customer satisfaction.
